Vendor Agreement
Updated July 1, 2026
This agreement sets the terms for businesses that register to upload, list, and sell their own products on BaytiPlus, the multi-vendor furniture marketplace operated by BaytiPlus App, serving customers in Palestine and Israel. You accept this agreement when you register as a vendor. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Vendors are independent businesses: BaytiPlus provides the listing and display platform, and you are the seller of your products.
Eligibility & account
To sell on BaytiPlus, you must register as a vendor and be approved. We review vendor applications before a store can go live, and we may decline or later revoke approval at our discretion.
You must provide accurate business information — such as your business name, contact details, and address — and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your vendor account, and we recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Listings & product uploads
You upload and own your listings — the product photos, descriptions, dimensions, pricing, and stock levels. Your listings must be accurate, lawful, and must not infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
You are responsible for keeping listings current, including availability and price. By publishing a listing, you grant BaytiPlus App a non-exclusive license to display and promote that listing content on and in connection with the platform.
AI tools available in the vendor panel may help you draft descriptions or SEO text, but you remain responsible for reviewing and confirming that everything you publish is accurate.
Orders & fulfillment
You are the seller of record for every product you list. You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders — including delivery or pickup, the condition of the goods, packaging, returns, refunds, and customer service for your orders.
You must honor the delivery areas, timeframes, and fees shown on your listings, and fulfill orders within the commitments you make. After you mark an order as delivered, the customer has a 7-day window to confirm receipt or report a problem, after which the order auto-confirms; you are expected to work with the customer to resolve any problem reported in that window.
Payments & payouts
Online card payments may be collected through the platform on your behalf, processed by Stripe; Cash on Delivery orders are collected by you on delivery. Prices are shown in Israeli new shekels (ILS).
Your earnings are tracked in your vendor balance, moving from pending to available as orders are completed. Each order creates a sales record that starts as pending confirmation and becomes confirmed when the customer confirms delivery or after the 7-day auto-confirmation window.
Payouts are handled externally by the platform admin — BaytiPlus does not transfer funds to bank accounts (no IBAN transfers) through the app. Subscription and plan fees apply according to the plan your store is on, and those fees are separate from the value of your sales.
Vendor responsibilities & warranties
You warrant that you have the legal right to sell the products you list, that your descriptions and photos are accurate, and that your products comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.
You agree to honor your published prices and availability, to respond to customers in good time, and to conduct your store honestly and lawfully. You are responsible for any taxes, licenses, or permits that apply to your business.
Indemnity & BaytiPlus's limited role
BaytiPlus provides only the listing and display platform and the facilitation tools that connect you with customers. BaytiPlus is not the seller and is not responsible for your products, their condition, their delivery, or any returns, refunds, or damage — we only show the products in our app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BaytiPlus App from claims, losses, and costs arising out of your products, your listings, your fulfillment, or your breach of this agreement or the law. This does not limit any rights customers have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Prohibited conduct
Do not list unlawful, counterfeit, stolen, or infringing items, or products you do not have the right to sell. Do not misrepresent your products, your business, or your stock.
Do not steer customers off-platform to complete sales in order to avoid the platform's protections or fees, and do not manipulate reviews, ratings, coupons, or search placement. Do not interfere with, probe, or disrupt the platform or other vendors' stores.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or remove listings, pause payouts pending review, or suspend or close a vendor account that violates this agreement, provides false information, or puts customers, other vendors, or the platform at risk.
You may stop selling and close your vendor account at any time, subject to fulfilling orders already placed and settling any amounts owed. Certain records may be retained after closure where the law requires it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement as the platform evolves. Where changes are significant, we will give reasonable notice on the platform or by email before they take effect. Continuing to sell on BaytiPlus after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised agreement. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
